There is only one place in Chula Vista which currently has frequent traffic jams. That is on H St. near the trolley station at rush hour. The City of Chula Vista government is planning on a major development in the bayfront area. There will be a hotel, an RV park, plus much more. That means it is likely that traffic will increase near the E St. station, and that might happen at times other than just rush hour when traffic comes from both east and west of I-5. Keep building up the area and inevitable result will be more time sitting in a car waiting in line-and not only on the freeway. Reap what you sow.
