The Chula Vista Police Foundation is teaming up with the Police Department's Awards and Recognition Committee to create a commemorative 100th anniversary program honoring the Chula Visa Police Department. The group has set a goal to raise $50,000 in advertising sales for the program. "In honor of the city's 100th anniversary, we will be producing a spectacular, expanded full-color program to honor our city's heroes," said Scott McMillin, co-chair of the fundraising committee in a press release.
