Judge orders exposed man stay with parents

A Chula Vista man pleaded guilty March 11 to committing lewd conduct in public in front of an elementary school and felony resistance of an officer during his arrest.

Justine Jeffery Sison, 24, will be sentenced April 15 before Chula Vista Superior Court Judge Ana Espana. Sison had been in jail on $20,000 bail, but she released him after his guilty plea on condition he live with his parents and have a 9 p.m. curfew.

Sison is likely to be placed on probation and undergo mental health treatment, said Deputy District Attorney John Dunlap. He is barred from drinking alcohol and from going near McMillin Elementary School on Santa Cora Ave.
He is prohibited from going anywhere without a parent.

Two Chula Vista police officers testified Jan. 20 in the preliminary hearing regarding the Oct. 9, 2014, incident in front of the school as did a mother who said she saw him expose himself at 8:45 a.m. No students saw it.
