Have you noticed the new changes in the neighborhood? Scattered around Third Avenue are newly branded tables and chairs for people to sit and enjoy the outdoors as well as the beautiful sights of the community. A very special thanks to supervisor Nora Vargas and the City of Chula Vista for their support in helping beautify the Downtown Chula Vista community.

Downtown Chula Vista is a vibrant community brimming with artistic expressions adorning the walls of various local businesses. Stroll along Third Avenue, and you’ll encounter a captivating array of murals that not only showcase the area’s rich history, but also embody its core values. These visual narratives range from depictions of the former lemon orchards that once graced the neighborhood to expansive murals paying homage to the cherished San Diego Padres.
