One of the many entrants in this year’s “Dog Gone Fun” at Otay Ranch Town Center Tuesday was ”Barkie.” In addition to a canine costume contest, the event included training demonstrations, dog treats and crafts and dog adoptions on site by the County of San Diego Animal Services.
