Strata by Shea Homes is priced from the high $300,000s and starts at 1,407 square feet, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Flora by Brookfield Residential is priced from the high $300,000s and starts at 1,287 square feet with three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. To date, over 200 homes by Brookfield Residential, CalAtlantic Homes and Shea Homes, have been contracted.
The Village of Escaya is located off Main Street and Heritage Road in Chula Vista. To reach the community from I-805, take the Main Street exit and drive east, turn left onto the new extension of Heritage Road and follow the signs to the Escaya Welcome Center.
