Residents invited to ‘JEDI’ roundtable

The City of Chula Vista is engaged in a process of infusing Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion across all city functions. To facilitate this process, the City has partnered with Tribesy Consulting who will be conducting foundational assessments of Chula Vista culture and structure using a J.E.D.I. lens. Community Building Roundtables are an integral component of the process as the City builds a roadmap that enriches community experience by promoting our diversity.

The City’s vision is to continue to cultivate a community where everyone feels connected, embraced, and respected.

Join the conversation on Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion. Come share your experiences and ideas about what J.E.D.I. means to you. All sessions will be in English with Spanish translation available. The sessions are open to Chula Vista residents only.

Four roundtable sessions will be held with options for attending on a weeknight or Saturday. The Community Building Roundtables will be held:

• Wednesday, April 26, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. in District 1 at Montevalle Recreation Center, 840 Duncan Ranch Road.
