Southwestern College campus is hosting a health and fitness fair Thursday, Sept. 21, beginning at 2 p.m.
The event is free and will feature health checks, nutrition tips and training advice from vendors and experts.
According to organizers, the event “is also a great place to learn about fitness-related activities and events all over San Diego County this fall.”
There also will be food and family activities.
The health and fitness fair is from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Southwestern College’s Wellness and Aquatics Complex, 900 Otay Lakes Road in Chula Vista.
