I have filed a California Public Records Act request to demand full transparency on how Chula Vista is using Flock Safety license plate reader cameras — including who gets the data and whether it’s shared with federal agencies like DHS or ICE. Taxpayers deserve to know if we’re being tracked without oversight. I call on all local residents to demand accountability and ask our city council for answers.
