Otay Ranch Town Center is hosting an event to bring awareness to Breast Cancer during Breast Cancer Awareness month in October.
“Breathe & Believe, United in Pink!” on Oct. 20 is scheduled to be an evening filled with free Yoga Flow classes, decorate-and-take t-shirts, music and treats.
“Breast Cancer Awareness Month is an important time to highlight education and screening options in our community and also celebrating the warriors in this fight,” said Otay Ranch Town Center General Manager Tim Kilcourse. “This evening brings together the power of hope, energy and community when it comes to fighting this disease,” he added.
An oversized “Warrior Wall” will be on hand for visitors to post pink ribbons to, commemorating those who have battled or survived breast cancer as well as those who died because of the disease.
The event is from 5 to 7 p.m. with 30 minute yoga classes from 5 to 6 p.m.
Otay Ranch Town Center is at 2015 Birch Road in Chula Vista. For more information visit otayranchtowncenter.com.
