Change is constant

I went to Sprouts and bought among other items two heads of Romaine lettuce. Take the lettuce home, slice off the pale stem, put the rest in a lower compartment in your refrigerator. It will remain fresh for a week to 10 days. The leaves are dark green, full of flavor and nutrition. Have a salad at most restaurants and it has iceberg lettuce which is pale, has little flavor, and negligible nutritional value.

I was told at [a retaurant] to ask for Romaine in a salad, or a torpedo. What about all of the other restaurants which automatically use iceberg lettuce in the salads, and sandwiches which they serve? All fast food restaurants automatically stick with good ol’ iceberg lettuce. That is fine with most customers. Each person has their own comfort zone. They are often averse to change. However change is a constant. It occurs in countless ways with each passing instant.

Go with the flow and be flexible.
Good, better, best.
Never let it rest.
Until your good is better,
And your better best.
