Southwestern College’s Women’s History month comes to a close with artists displaying their skills on public walkways.

The 7th Annual Street Painting Festival celebrates women in science, engineering and mathematics. Highlights include the works of chalk and graffiti artists who will cover the college’s walkways with their art. There also will be food booths and vendors.

The non-profit event raises money for the college’s Women’s Resource Center scholarship fund.

The event is from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. April 10 and 11 at Southwestern College, 900 Otay Lakes Road.
