Integral Communities, ColRich and Resmark Apartment Living will hold a groundbreaking ceremony for a 427-unit multifamily residential community located adjacent to the Olympic Training Center Wednesday morning.
The development is located south of the intersection of Olympic Parkway and Wueste Road adjacent to the Lower Otay Reservoir. This new rental community will offer “row home” units and buildings consisting of two-story townhouse units and carriage style units. The 1, 2 and 3-bedroom residences range in size up to 1,482 square feet, with each home directly accessible from its own garage. The community will benefit from two state-of-the-art clubhouses, fitness centers, swimming pools and panoramic open space.
"We are excited about the opportunity to provide quality residential living adjacent to the Olympic Training Center and for the hundreds of construction jobs that this project will generate for the community," said Graeme Gabriel, Chief Operating Officer, ColRich.
Integral Communities has consistently created opportunity by addressing the changing needs of today’s complex real estate markets, with a focus on areas with strong in-place, but under-served demand. Integral concentrates its efforts on building new communities or improving existing ones in close proximity to employment centers. ColRich is dedicated to providing homes that fit the needs and desires of today’s homebuyer and renter that they are proud to call home. You’ll find our communities in prime locations with coveted features. We seek out fresh and exciting designs that give our homes a custom feel and superior sense of style and place.
