Ryan previously worked at The Arbors in Rancho Penasquitos as the executive director from February, 2011 to February 2012. Prior to The Arbors, Ryan was the Executive Director of 2 buildings in Santa Barbara, Alexander Court andAlexander Gardens. “All of these experiences have been great and I am very excited to be at Villa Bonita,” said Test. “Ryan is one of the up and coming Executive Directors not just San Diego, but all of California,” said Charlie Bloom, executive director at Vista Village and 2011 Executive Director of The Year. “Ryan has a history of taking communities to the next level.
