With the history of bad decissions that the Council continues to make AND the amount of tax payer's money spent on "their" legaasl fees, Ramirez should be grateful that an employee would try to keep him out of trouble. Just depositting the money into any account is one reason this City is in a mess - no oe knows where the mney goes! Ms Watson did the right thing.
