Yes. These folks on the school board knew they were out of bounds. They take ethics courses and they sign forms explaining fully what constitutes an improper donation of money and/or goods or services. This was no surprise to them. The real shock to the community is how long it took and how many resources were wasted needlessly because of the mindset of this group of entitlement minded elected officials.

Utterly disgraceful.
