Americans have become so uninformed and passive, that we could just suffer the losses and humiliation of those nuts in Washington. We witnessed Rand Paul strategizing deceptively with McConnell, while the Ultra Nuts (Palin, Cruz, and 'Your Choice of Idiots) scammed the Vets, and decried clean hands. Today's congressional lawmakers are wealthy, finance their own campaigns, and often times, care less about their constituency. Few live in the neighborhood, and are far removed from our needs. It's been one sham investigation after the other, politicizing military deaths, and escalating family members of victims killed by terrorists....Yet, we endure! It's a game for them! Still, folks have to be nagged to vote. Every person impacted by the Sequester, and this Shutdown Charade, should be leading the line, come November, 2014. I will certainly be somewhere, in front, waiting to send those nuts back to wherever, AND TAKE MY COUNTRY BACK---TO SANITY!

When a handful of Congresspeople (seemingly ignorant of history, economics, politics, government or governing) can bring the American economy to the brink of disaster, it is a signal that something is very wrong. We might begin by looking at the way many Congressional districts in Republican states have been gerrymandered to provide "safe" seats for Republican representatives.
