Doesn't really matter to Vargas what we, the voters who put him in D.C. think. On Chris Matthews show, he said a majority of his constituents did not agree with military action in Syria, but he does and "I hope my constituents come along but if not, I make my decision and that's the way it has to be." Nice attitude towards us Congressman.
