while i believe all Americans should be able to arm themselves i definitely question the lack of laws that govern the type of guns that were used in the Colorado massacre. I am speaking of the rapid fire weapon specifically.

Stricter gun laws don't protect people. The laws we have now are sufficient. What we need are mental health evaluations on those purchasing guns. Even with that there are no guarantees. Guns don't kill people, people kill people. Our second amendments rights are desperately trying to be removed in the name of "safety to others" but what the REAL reason is...is to disarm American's so they can not rise up and over throw the government and take our country back.
