Chula Vista has a lot to offer, but the Public, Private Partnerships are simply not in place to promote Chula Vista as the place to visit, shop, dine, invest, establish new businesses. Just isn't. And without such PPP's in place we'll continue to 'shadow' San Diego and fall short of living up to the City's potential.
