Chula Vista police today released a composite sketch of a man they believe may be responsible for as many as 14 assaults on women since last September.

"The four latest cases happened between Jan. 14 and Jan. 17. At least one additional victim came forward after seeing reports of the incidents on the news. The victim reported a case that happened on Jan. 6," police said in a press release. 

The suspect is frequently described as a light-skinned Hispanic or a Caucasian male in his early 20s with a medium build and a thin mustache.
