As there were several layers of deception used to open up this business, and the owners/operators have stated that they love law suits, this will probably get worse before it gets better.

The best way to handle it might be to make sure that law enforcement is present at almost all times, and continue to do as the city is doing, by enforcing all codes to the strictest degree possible. Of course, it would help if no one patronized the place.

Does anyone else think the headline here is horribly misleading? It seems to state that the "seller" of the computer was killed... au contraire!
The article itself is informative with just enough detail.

This business is not in keeping with what the city of Chula Vista has always been known for, that being a family orientated city, this type of club belongs someplace else, where I don't know or care

Interestingly enough Mr. Filner, as Candidate-for-SD-Mayor Filner, once spoke to the Chula Vista chapter of a political organization of which I'm a member. He campaigned vigorously to a group who couldn't vote for him and then left early, presumably when the light bulb went on!
I enjoy these little glimpses into law enforcement-related activities around town.

An interesting look at informants as they truly are and NOT as portrayed on television. Well done.

My family and friends had a fantastic afternoon celebrating Memorial day at La Vista. It was inspiring to see so many veterans attend the event and to see all of the American flags decorating so many headstones. Our kids really loved the petting zoo and getting to ride a pony around the pond. It warmed my heart to honor those who have served and have fought for the freedoms we all enjoyed on this fine day. Thank you!

You're right... there oughta be a law! To have the police beholden to anyone, insurance or otherwise, is downright unethical in my book! How disappointing, not to mention disillusioning.

Maybe you should proof read your title before publishing.
